Austin founded Improveasy 14 years ago and continues to lead the Group today. He oversees strategy, growth, compliance, and operational performance across all divisions, guiding the business from its early beginnings to the national business it is today.

Bringing almost 30 years of hands-on installation experience, and a background in building and growing his own companies, Jonathan leads our installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, and performance across heating, solar, and insulation projects.

Cathy is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our ECO and grant-funded programmes, ensuring robust evidence management and clear scheme governance. Her 12 years in the ECO sector underpin a strong focus on consistent Ofgem-compliant delivery across the business and every project we touch.
